Lester Nickerson
A native of New Hampshire, Lester went to school in Hillsboro, New Hampshire, where he has lived for most of his life. Lester served 14 years in the United States Marine Corp, and his experiences there led him to a career in security. He has been a security officer at Pleasant View Retirement for three years. While his assigned duties include protecting the safety and welfare of the residents, much of his job satisfaction comes from spending time with the residents and listening to life stories rich with meaningful experiences. When Lester is not working, he enjoys spoiling his 14 grandchildren, fishing, hunting, and quiet walks in the woods.
