Originally from Montana, Garry came to Pleasant View Retirement with 22 years of experience in food service. Formally trained in classic French Cuisine, Garry has worked in a variety of settings – from the Hyatt to small privately owned restaurants to retirement communities. Garry is experienced in all aspects of the culinary world –
from butcher to pastry chef. Although trained in French Cuisine, Garry enjoys trying new recipes and especially enjoys Italian cooking.

When Garry isn’t busy delighting palates with delicious food, he enjoys kayaking, hiking, and woodworking.
