Pleasant View Retirement is a rental retirement community, with no entrance fee or down payment required. The lease offers a month-by-month term, allowing the residents to maintain control of all of their investments, monies and assets. A variety of apartment sizes are available at Pleasant View Retirement, including efficiencies, studios, one and two bedrooms, and the deluxe one and two bedrooms. Prices range from $1,710 per month to $3,490, depending on the size of the apartment chosen. Heat, hot water and electrical utilities are included and controlled by each individual.

Pleasant View Retirement offers weekly housekeeping as well as flat linen service. There is a laundry facility on the premesis. Daily, scheduled transportation to shopping appointments, churches and other events is available. Social and recreational opportunities are planned by a full-time social director.

Each apartment is equipped with grab bars and handrails and is in close proximity to elevators. For your peace of mind Pleasant View Retirement offers round-the-clock staffing, smoke detectors in each apartment and on-site security as well as an emergency call system in bedrooms and baths, monitored 24 hours per day. Full maintenance of apartments, common areas and grounds is provided.
